There aren't any singing candlesticks in this post - sorry to disappoint you. BUT what you will find is what I hope will blossom into a lifesaver for authors and bloggers alike in the indie community.
If you have been around IABB at any given point, you've probably come to know me as the girl who does way too much, yet I feel that I don't do enough.
About two years ago, I came up with this bright idea that there should be a blog list available to the indie community that provides all the blogs willing to read and review specific genres. To make it easier for everyone involved, I wanted it to be in alphabetical order, with links and emails included.
I'm basically a 'go big or go home' type of person, and when it comes to the indie community, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make this journey a little easier.
I'm an indie author, too. I get it - finding reviewers can be hard. Publishing a book is definitely hard, but with this list, it gets a little easier.
Now, here's where the title of this post comes into play: you literally don't have to do any of the work; I'm doing it for you.
All you have to do is, if you're a blogger, is submit your blog to be added to our ever-growing list. At this point in time, we have 44 blogs. Two years ago, we had more, but when I made the transfer to weebly, I lost a lot of those because dumb-dumb me deleted submissions after they were added. -sigh-
As an author, this will be particularly easy because all you have to do is browse the genres and find the lists. You can then grab whatever information you need and send out the review requests.
Let's say you've written a NA LGBTQ book. Guess what? We've got a list for that.
Got a nonfiction book about travel? We've got a list for that, too!
Are you a horror novelist? DING DING! We have a list for you, too!
We literally have EVERYTHING lists.
I'm working hard to make this site the best it can be. My ultimate dream is for IABB to become a #1 resource for the indie community.
I can do that, with your help.
So what do you say? Will you give this post a share for me? Back when I first began this adventure, I would have given anything for a list like this. It's right here at your fingertips. It's only one click away. Go ahead and put our service to the test. <3
